Daly Certified™ Seal Use Policy

The Daly Certified™ Seal is a trademark-in-use and intellectual property of Jon Daly, founder of Daly Certified.
The Seal represents that a supplement or brand has met Daly Certified’s independent quality and transparency standards.
Unauthorized use of the Seal is strictly prohibited.

1. Authorized Use

Only products, companies, or websites that have received written authorization from Daly Certified may display the Daly Certified™ Seal.

Authorized use includes:

  • Displaying the Seal on product packaging, websites, or promotional materials only for the approved product(s).

  • Using the Seal in digital or print media to indicate verified status, provided the use is truthful and not misleading.

2. Prohibited Use

The Daly Certified™ Seal may not be:

  • Used on any product not officially verified by Daly Certified.

  • Altered, resized disproportionately, recolored, or modified in any way.

  • Used to imply endorsement of a company, product line, or service not explicitly reviewed.

  • Used in any manner that suggests Daly Certified sells or profits directly from supplement sales.

Any unauthorized use may result in legal action and revocation of certification status.

3. Ownership & Intellectual Property

The Daly Certified™ name, logo, and Seal design are the intellectual property of Jon Daly.
All rights are reserved. Unauthorized reproduction or use constitutes a violation of U.S. copyright and trademark law.

You may reference Daly Certified’s name in factual statements (e.g., “This product has been reviewed by Daly Certified”) only if true and properly attributed.

4. Revocation of Use

Daly Certified reserves the right to revoke or suspend the right to display the Seal at any time, at its sole discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Failure to maintain the published verification standards.

  • Misrepresentation of certification status.

  • Violation of these terms or ethical standards.

5. No Guarantee or Warranty

Use of the Daly Certified™ Seal does not guarantee any medical, health, or financial outcome.
The Seal reflects verification based on available third-party data, scientific literature, and product transparency at the time of review.

Daly Certified and Jon Daly make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding any certified product’s safety, efficacy, or suitability for individual use.

6. Legal Notice

By using the Daly Certified™ Seal, you agree to abide by this policy.
Unauthorized or deceptive use may result in immediate legal action, including but not limited to cease-and-desist orders, public revocation, and financial penalties.
